In the initial stages of every project, we undertake a thorough discovery and analysis process, culminating in the development of a scope of work document. This crucial step ensures that everyone involved is well-informed about the project's requirements, thereby minimizing the likelihood of project cancellations, reversals, or conflicts. It's important to note that there is no compensation for work already completed, as each target involves a significant amount of time and effort.

In the event of mutual project termination, any completed work will become the property of the Client, and any payments made for additional work will be null and void. Previous payments or deposits are non-refundable, and once the Client accepts mock-up drawings and the project enters the development phase, there will be no reimbursement of payments.

Additionally, there are no prorated refunds for project phases that have already commenced. For services provided by our marketing team on special occasions, cancellations are not accepted, as these offers come with predetermined expiration dates and cannot be canceled. However, if a buyer decides not to proceed with the project within 5-7 days of requesting a refund, they will be eligible for a refund.

Refund Eligibility

A refund will be issued if the buyer decides not to proceed with the project before it commences. The refund process may take up to five to seven (5-7) days to complete.

Cancellation

Cancellation policy at Lanetechno Solutions is straightforward and uncomplicated. Here are the key conditions of our policy:

  • To initiate a cancellation request, please contact our billing department or account manager. Departmental consent is required for the cancellation to be effective.
  • Only cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing the order and before the project commences will be considered.
  • Please note that Lanetechno Solutions is not responsible for any services provided by third parties, such as hosting, web development, content authoring, etc.
  • Web/app service packages are non-refundable, even if a documented cancellation notice is submitted 30 days before the scheduled start date. Deposits and payments left unclaimed for more than 30 days will not be refunded.
